Wherever the words "the Chamber" occur in these Articles they shall be
understood to mean the Argentia Area Chamber of Commerce as a body.

Wherever the words "the Board" occur in
these Articles, they shall be understood to mean the Board of
Directors of the Argentia Area Chamber of Commerce.

Wherever the word "District" occurs in these
Articles, it shall be mean the following towns, communities and
surrounding areas: Long Harbour/Mount Arlington Heights, Ship
Harbour, Fox Harbour, Placentia, Point Verde, Little Barasway,
Great Barasway, Ship Cove, Gooseberry Cove, Patrick's Cove,
Angels Cove, Cuslett, St. Brides, Point Lance, Branch, North
Harbour, Colinet, Placentia Junction, Markland, Harricott,
Mitchells Brook, Mount Carmel, St. Catherines, Salmonier, Forest
Field, New Bridge, St. Joseph's, O'Donnell's and Admiral's Beach.

Wherever the word "mail" occurs in these Articles it also
shall be understood to include electronic mail, and facsimile mail.
